2. You do this by 'Right clicking' on the bold Download the Discount Directory below, and use the 'Save As' or 'Save Target As' feature on the pop-up menu to download and save the Special Instructions file onto your PC.

3. Once it's on your PC you can open and read the Discount Directory file with Acrobat Reader, Version 3 or later. You probably already have Acrobat Reader on your PC, but in case you don't, you can download it free from here:
